CSS frameworks: star history compared
Bootstrap owned an entire decade of the web, and its star history shows it — a curve so early and so large that everything since gets judged against it. Tailwind's utility-first bet looked contrarian in 2019 and inevitable by 2022; the crossover between those two lines is one of the cleanest changing-of-the-guard moments on GitHub. Bulma, UnoCSS and Pico each carve out real niches in the gaps.
